AMURI POLO CLUB.
The Amuri Polo Club held its sports meeting at the- Polo Ground, Botherham on Saturday. An otherwise pleasant afternoon was somewhat marred by a violent* nor'wester. The following are the results:— Polo Ball Race—J. Chapman 1. Roger Gould 2. Binding Race—J. Chapman 1, R. Gould 2 Polo Cup, four furlongs—H. Chapman's Peppercorn 1, A. W. Furze's Dolly 2. Cigarette Race—R: Gould 1, J, Clark 2. Flag Race—R. Gould l, J. Chapman 2. Consolation Race—A. W. Furze I,"T, Northcote 2.
