ERECTION OF BUILDINGS.
THE GUILD SYSTEM. (PEBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, April 5. No definite steps have been taken by the .carpenters and joiners t'o embark on the guild 6ystem of contracting for the erection of buildings, thus eliminating the ordinary contractor. Rules arc being drafted and- machinery work undertaken.
