REARRANGEMENT OF PORTFOLIOS.
(PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, April 5.' Ministers havo returned to Wellington, and a full Cabinet is available for the purpose of considering matters of importance to bo decided prior to tho departure of the PYiine Minister for England. 2\o announcement has been mado M to the distribution of the Prime MinUter's portfolios, but it is understood that Sir Francis Bell will take charg© of the Treasury, and that the Hon. I>. H. Guthrie will assume control of the Railways, Mr Masaey's other important portfolio. The Hon O.J. Andcrson is likely to take over the portfolio of Mines, and tho Hon. W. Nosworthy ■will take charge of the Imperial Supplies Department.
