(SPBCIAIj TO "THE PBE88.") DUNEDIN, April 4. At a meeting of the committee of the Otwo Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association, held this .morning-, Mz Rosevear (chairman) presented : the F. M. Keid Challenge Cup to H. O. Sutherland (Wellington), who secured it with 14 pointe. Mr Rosevear, in handing over the cup, etated that this was the first time the cup had been won by a competitor in. field events only. Mr F. M. Reid, the donor of the cup. also epoke, and "referred to Sutherland's remarkable performance at the championship meeting on Saturday, he having secured four firsts and one second in tho five events in which he started. The winner will hold the cup until the next championship meeting.
