DROUGHT IN HAWKE'S BAY.
(PEESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) •WELLINGTON, April 1. The Government Meteorologist says that a noticeable feature concerning the Dominion was that the drought in the Hawke's Bay district had continned during March. Only 8 points of rain, - recorded on- one day, had fallen in Napier'during the month. -
