TRAMWAY RETURNS.
EASTEE TEAPFIC. Although there is an increase of £859 over- the Easter traffic tramway ! returns for the four days up to Monday ! night, this does not signify any heavier ■ traffic, because during the year the ; fares have been increased, and on Good . Friday of last year concession tickets ! were available for use, while on last ! Friday the full fares had to be paid. The figures for the Easter traffic for last and this year are respectively:— Last year. This vear.
