There was an attendance of 20,000 at night, an increase of 4000 over the figures for last year. THE CENSUS. SYDNEY, March 28. Archbishop Kelly has issued a circu-lar-letter to the various parishes recommending the faithful, to describe themselves as Roman Catholics in the forthcoming census.
