THE, GERMAN RISING.

Although'the Communist rising miscarried, the Communists in several parts'of Central Germany are holding out. Some small r-ttreet affrays occurred in Berlin. Otherwise, the city ia quiet. There was a conflict between the police and Communists in the Petersburgerplatz. The former fired, killing two and wounding several Communists. During the night Communists attempted to blow up a railway bridge in Charlottenburg. OUTRAGES IN ITALY. (Received March 28th, 7.55 p.m.) ROME, March 28. Anarchist sympathisers with Malatesta exploded a number of bomlw on railway lines in North Italy. Fortunately there were no casualties.
