AN EXCITING CONTEST. (PBM3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, March 28. In the 14ft sailing boat championship tho Heather (Dunedin) beat the iron. Duke (Auckland) in the fourth race in 12min 25sec. .. Each boat has now won two heats, and the final test will bo sailed tomorrow.
