Some rather unhappy shots at the spelling of New Zealand place names arc made in a Vancouver newspaper which records tlic motoring experiences of recent visitors to this country. Tho motorists were at Invercargio and also at Invergallcar. They went through the Ot«ro Gorge, which is not so surprising as the Bowler Gorge, but New Zealanders will he pleased to know that the party enjoyed both. Another New Zealand Mecca is referred to as Nelson's Cross, wherever that may be. _ There will be less difficulty in identifying the tourist- resort referred to a.s the Cytoma Caves, and the pleasant town of which is reached by crossing Cooko- Strait.
