I'he barometer 13 falling; steadily in 'he South, and cloudy and ehowery weather has been reported to-day on all the western" coasts and in .tlio southern districts, but warm andsultry conditions have ruled in the East Coast districts. Moderate to Btrou.g' westerly winds have prevailed. Present indications are for strong nortnwesterly to south-westerly winds, cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain following, generally, tlio barometer falling'everywhere, but probably rising sniaj-tly in the South after from 10 to 1G hours.
