PRINCE OF WALES IN AUSTRALIA

He put his mount over more * hurdles, and wound up the morning's exercise by circling the tan with two others, emerging victorious in a sprint at the finish. A statement has been issued by Dr. Phelan, explaining that the Apostolic Delegate is hastening from the northwest of Australia to meet the Prince of "Wales at Sydney or Brisbane, to speak in the name of tho Roman Catholics of tho Commonwealth. Later. With reference to the Apostolic Delegate meeting the Prince of Wales, it is stated that this is the outcome of comment upon the apparent' aloofness of Roman Catholic Associations in welcoming and honouring the Prince. Dr. Phelan, Bishop of Sale, explains that when the matter was considered this was regarded as the best way the Catholics could officially be represented The Church's idea of government was unity, and that the official head should voice the sentiments of all its organisations.
