SYDNEY. Juno 10. The Federal Solicitor-General has opened an official enquiry into tho cases of Father Jerger and Doctor Herschfeld, who were to have been deported. At the Labour Conference Mr Estoll stnted that the Government intended to restore the rights of the 1917 srikers and the status of de-registered unions.
