Ho is confident, and considers that hip chances are greater than evex. The Shamrock IV. is an extraordinary craft. It carries a mast- 160 ft high, and has an enormous sail area. It is a risky venture, and I am going to have trials of the two Shamrocks immediately I reach New York, 1 ' ho said.
