WHEAT PRICES.
HEAVY PENALTIES CLAIMED AGAINST DUNEDIN FIRM. (SPECIAL TO "TIIK PRESS."I DUXEDIN. June 9. A case of importance will come before the Supreme Court to-morrow, when an action will be brought against a local firm for breaches of the regulations of the Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, in selling wheat in excess of the maximum price fixed by Order-in-Coun-cil. A number of offences are alleged, and i a penalty of £SCO is claimed in respect j to each.
