The Ashburton Trotting Club's Winter Meeting, which takes placo to-mor-row, promises to be a very successful gathering, as the fields are good, and tho racing will bo full of interest. A special attraction will be the race for tiio New Zealand Sapling Stakes, in which some high-class two-year-olds will compete.
