OPPRESSION IN HUNGARY.

The British Labour delegation which visited Hungary reports that many caees of 'murder, torture, and 'wrongful imprisonment of workers have been substantiated. The responsibility rests with the gendarmerie reserve, consistins of army officers and non-commission-ofiicers, whom the Government is unable to control. VIENNA, June G. Tho Hungarian Government acknowledges the existence of a "white terror" against workmen and Jews. "It announces the relentless application of martini law against tho perpetrators of murder, arson, and other crimes against classes and nationalities or sects, for which the death penalty has been proclaimed.
