Cloud (0-10) 9 10 SUMMARY AND FORECAST. • Atmospheric disturbances have bcon in ovidenco both north and south cf tho Dominion, and cloudy, unsettled weather, has been experienced generally. Rain has failen in meat parts, a.nd very hea,vy rain in tho northern districts of tho North Island has accounted for some severs floods. Strong rortherly winds have prevailed in ths far North, and east to south-east breezes elsewhere. Present indications ara for variable winds, with moderate to strong northorlies to westerlies ruling. Expect dull, misty conditions with drizzling- rain in parts. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency.
