The ceremony lasted ten minutes. , A TRADES UNION BOYCOTT. LONDON, .Tune 4. The National Transport Federation Conference at Southampton discussed the decision of the International Federation of Trades Unions to boycott Hungary from June 20th, by stopping all traffic communication. Speakers declared that trades unionists in Hungary suffered unparalleled oppression, and the persecution and cruelties surpassed those practised under Czarism. The Transport Federation referred the matter to its Parliamentary Committee, and the Triple Alliance.
