A PACIFIC "HURRICANE. SYDNEY, March 29. Advices have been received that a mrricane at the Loyalty Islands on February 11th and 12th caused extensive damage to the cocoanut plantations.

Dunn announced that the Labour Party would on no account join hands with the Progressives. or any other party. (Received March 30th. 1.10 a.m.) . SYDNEY, March 29._ Twenty-five Labourites, twelvo Nationalists, six Progressives, and one Independent have been definitely elected to the State Assembly.
