Judging day at tho Royal Agricultural Show indicated that, despite the drought, all records are likely to be broken. The 8000 entries maintain the highest standard. There is a strong display of cattle. Spocial interest attaches to the entry cf the Cluny Friesians. Although they only arrived from New Zealand after a rough trip they looked well. Thev secured second prize for a yearling buli, third prize for a three-year-old cow, and a ''very highly commended" for a yearling heifer. Record sales of stud cattle are anticipated. Already Simpson's Clifton Cherry Colonel bull has heen sold for .1000 guineas.
