N.Z. GRAVES AT BROCKENHURST.
Colonel P. C. Fenwick, N.Z.M.C., writes: — I liavo just received news from Brockenhurst, where our first General Hospital was allocated from 191G-ID. I thought the readers of "Tho Press" might lie interested to hear the following: Wo had over one hundred men buried in the Brockenliurst Churchyard, and lis Officer Commanding I was very concerned .'us to tho care of these men's graves after ivo had all left England. Mrs Salwoy, a resident in Brockenliurst, offered to take charge of tho care of our New Zealand graves, and 1 have just heard that she has organised a Guild of Honour, which tho ladies of Brockenliurst have joined, to care for the New Zealand graves in the Brockenliurst Churchyard. Among the Guild of Honour is a Miss S. Downrnan and a Miss Alexander, who' were V.A.D.'s of tho Morant War Hospital, one of the adjuncts of thf> General Hos-
pital. I think tho relatives of those we havo left behind would bo pleased to hear of the kindness of Mrs Sahvev and the ladies of her guild.
