Tho Italian proprnmme is reported to lx> Istrin and a few islands for Ttaly, autonornv for Fiume and Zara, a guarantee for Italian interrsts in Jugo-Slavia. and neutralisation of the Adriatic coast. fA previous messago said that tho Conference in London would discuss the Fiumo incident, Italy's financial situation. a possihle mandate for Italy over Constantinople, and tho compensation of Italy in Africa, for the German Colonies going to Rritain and France.
