SUMMARY AND FORECAST. A small depression in the South has accounted for fresh north-west to south-west winds. The weather ha« been fair, though dull in most part*, and rain ha® fallen in the southernmost districts. , Present indicationa are lor moderate to strong west to south-west winds, and unsettled weather generally, with mist and rain probable in many parts. Tho barometer is unsteady, with a rising tendency in the South.
