The seventh annual Championship Tournament of tho Dominion of New Zealand Bowling Association opens to-day, when a start will be mado at 9-10 a.m. with Hio DoubUs Competition. The greens to bo used are Beckenham, Canterbury, Christchurch, Bdgoware, Kaiapoi, LinwocrJ, Lyttclton, New Brighton, Opawa, St. Albana, Popamii, Sumner, Sydenham, and United. Some interesting play should bo witnessed, and given fins weather, no fault should bo found with the various greens, which havo been specially prepared for the tournament.
