The Indian National Congress at Amritsar adopted a motion demanding that in view of tho rovclations in the evidence before tho Huntor Commission, General Dyer bo removed from his comirnnd, also that in view of Sir Micnaol O'Dwyor's endorsement of firing on the crowd, and the brutal treats inont of Punjabis, the Government be rcquestod to relieve him of his duties as a preliminary to logal prooeodings.
