j • ! Tlie Christchurch Sailing and Power Club held a raco on the Estuary at Bed-* cliffs on Saturday for boats of the 18 toft class. There was a flood tide, with a good, eouth-west breeze, but not sufficient to make the water rough. Result:—Doris, handicap Bmin, W, O. Clayton, 1; Bedding, 9min, F. Pidgeon 2; Onawe, Cm in, B, Burrows 3, Alsq started: Eureka.
