NO WISH TO JOIN GERMANY. (By Cable.—Pros* Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and NJ6. Ca&lo Association.) (Received January 31st, 8.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 29. The United Press correspondent at Berne interviewed M. Seitz, President of the Austrian Republic, who declared: The Entente thinks Austria to-day is merely the old Empire. This is not true. Austria revolted from the old Empire. Neither the Czecho-Slovaks nor we wish to join Germany. The food situation in Vienna is frightful.
