(Received January 31st, 11.35 p.m.) LONDON, January 29.
Freights to all direct ports in Australia and New Zealand are: Fine measurement 125s per ton, rough 100s, packed -weight 70s, close 60s. These rates commence with the Benalla, now loading for Australia, and the Renrnera about to load for New Zealand. The reduction averages about sixty percent, from the flat rate of 150s recently ruling.
