The Berlin correspondent of the ''Daily Express" reports that the "Lokal Anzoiger," commenting on the Kaiser's birthday, says that no sentence, even if pronounced by the whole world m league, can deprive his thirty years' rule of its glory. There are millions of German hearts resenting the awful indictment against him by the Entente, which is only meant to conceal thd accusers' own guilt.
