KAIAPOI. The fortnightly meeting •of the Kaiapoi Borough Council was lield on Tuesday night. Present—The Mayor (Mr J. H. Bls-ckweil), Crs. L. B. Evans, R. Dunn, A. Blakeley, li. C. Fuldaeth, J.
