Stationery is very much cheaper than, it was two weeks ago (says a London paper of December 6th). In eome cases good stationery ia quifco 200 per cent, reduced in price since the armistice came, and in the case of the cheaper stationery so much more is Riven for the same monoy that it may be eaid to be 400 per cent, cheaper. Notepaper and envelopes which were beinpr sold at the rate of 2s M a packet in some West End shops can now bo bought for Is 3d. SALES OF MOTOR-CARS.
