A United Press message from Berne i reports that the serious dissensions be- J tween tho North and South German delegates to the National Assembly may , bo an outcome of tho fear which now exists that the Prussians will attempt to dominate tho new Germany. i DR. LIEBKNECHT'S FUNERAL. (Received January 30th, 1.30 a.m.) ROTTERDAM, January 27. Dr. ..Liebknecht's funeral was not attended by disorders, owing to an imposing military display. The Spartacists intended forcing a way through, but stronp: cordons nipped tho plan in the bud and also shut off wide areas of the inner city, which presented the appearance of an armed camp. Field guns and machine-guns wer© posted, in various positions. Soldiers in the Wilhelmstrasse exhibited a huge poster "Bait! Whoever tries to pass will bo shot dead."
