An official message says that although the Monarchists at Braganza, X/isbon, and V izen have been crushed as a military force, the civilians in the A"\iero district &rc seeking to revive dissensions among the Republicans. The Government has decided to resign, in ordor not to weaken the Republican forces in the present grave juncture, but will continue to conduct affairs until a new Cabinet is formed. LEADER KILLED. (IJeuter's Telegrams.) (Received January 23th, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, January 26. A Lisbon telegram states that Oruelas, leader of the Royalist Party in Portugal, was killed at Monsanto.
