The evacuation of the Caucasus is aw complete, except at Kars. Tho ritish occupy Batoum, and have join--lup with the Baku forces. Bolshevist •oops occupy Vladikavkaz in Circautsia. Tho Press Bureau states that Geneil Sir Henry AVilson will attend the eeting of i/ho committee appointed 7 the Allied .and Associated Govornenta, to consider the strength of the rees to be maintained on tho Western ont during the armistice.
