Neill; vice-president, Mr TV J. Hammill; secretary, Mr J. D. Rea- trea " surer, Mr Richards auditor, Mr executive Messrs Clark (Auckland;, Mannle. best (Wellington), and H. R. Best (Christchurch). It was decided to set up a Board of Control to de*l with the Board of Trade in' mat ters relating to the standardisation of footwear, which it was considered would be beneficial to the public, the Board of Trade bein«recommended to first standardise hides and leather.
