(Received January 23rd, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, January 22. The Sinn Fein Assembly decided that tho Irish Independent Ministry should consist of a President and four executive ofßcors, namely, the Ministers of Finance, Home Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and National Defence. At tho opening ceremony tho proceedings were conducted in Gaelic. Count Plunkott road an appeal to the nations, asking for the recognition of Ireland's national status, and right to vindication at the Peace Conference.
