TRANS-ATLANTIC FLIGHT. (Received January 17th, 5.5 p.m.) BRISBANE, January 14. The French Ace of Acea (champion of champions), Lieutenant Reno Fonck, will attempt to fly the Atlantic in a big British aeroplane. Ho will start from the Irish coast in March or April. A BIG UNDERTAKING. (Australian and N.Z. Cable (Received January 17th. 11.20 p.m.) NEW YORK,, January 16. The "Washington correspondent of tlioi "New York Times" learns that the Caproni Company has signed a contract with the Brazilian Government to carry mails by airplane from Genoa to Rio de Janeiro via Cadiz and the Azores, within six months of the end of the war.
