FLOWER SHOW.
GERALDIXE HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY. The thirty-third summer show o: the Geraldine Horticultural Society was held in -ho Drill Hall on Thursday, and, considering tho season, was a marvellously pood one. The judges wore: Mr J. Donnelly, cut flowers, pot plants, and cottage gardens; Miss Tripp, table decorations; Mr F. Sanders, fruit and ■vegetables; Mr Pateman, produce and home industries; Mrs Rodman, needlework and fancy work. The committee under Dean Bowers (president! worked hard to 6ecure success, and Mr Lyons (secretary) deserves special thanks for hie courtesy and attention to details.
