AN AERIAL FLEET.

ADMIRALTY PROGRAMME. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Received January lCfch, 7.10 p.m.) LONDON, January 13. A big programme of air-ship construction by the Admiralty includes airships with a gas capacity of 2,500,000 cubic feet, with a range of eight thousand miles and a speed of sixty to seventy miles per hour, and a lifting capacity of sixty tons. Tiiey will carry a crew of twenty-lire. The first of these will be launched towards the end of the year. It is stated that they are primarily intended jor sea patrol and observation work, and will bo stationed ou the coast.
