The State Department learns that the Buenos Ayres disorders resulted in 800 people being killed and 5000 wounded. BOLSHEVISTS ARRESTED. (Received January 15th. 9.30 p.m.) BUENOS AYRES, January 12. The police discovered a secret organisation composed of Russian Bolshevists, who contemplated organising uprisings. They were plentifully supplied with explosives. Several arrests were made.
