It i& stated that tho Government intends to repatriate a number of German prisoners from Narrow Nock Camp, included in this number will bo naval men, merchant seamen, Government officials, and others, who desire to return to Germany. Dotails of the draft aro not ye® available, but Count von Luckner and Lieutenant Kircheiss, of the German raider Sooadler, and Dr. behnltz, ex- , Governor of Samoa, are likely to be in- ■ eluded.
