President Wilson, Mr Lansing, Colonel House, -Air Balfour, Lord Robert Cecil. Signer Orlando, Sonnino, M. Clemenceau, and M. 1 lcnon will attend a preliminary conference on Thursday. ~ Mr Llovd George. President W» ls0 "> M. Clemenceau. and Signor Orlando will consult individually with various delegates coming at tho week-olid. These conversations will possibly be prolonged for a fortnight, after which the representatives from Groat- Britain, France, America, and Italy will confer for tho purpose of considering tho representation of Anstria, Germany, and Russia. ... It .is now expected that_ thoro win be four British representatives at the full conference. They will probably b® the Premier, Mr Bouar Law, Mr Balfour. and Mr \iarnos, with Sir Robert Borden, Mr Hughes, Mr Massey, and General Botha, in turn. ALLIED REPRESENTATION. (Router's Telegrams.) LONDON, January 8. French papers stato that the Allies havo now agreed to admit Japan as a full partner in the Peace Conference with five delegates sitting at all meetings. Belgiiim and Serbia havo been fiven a special place among the small nations with three delegates; then come Greoce, Roumania. Portugal, andSiam, with two each. Siani has been represented at the front by aviators. Other nations will have a single delegato. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, January 8. The "Daily Express" states that an important decision haß been reached, by which the Dominions will be granted individual representation as small nations at the Peace Conference. FUTURE OF THE TYROL.
