Although the municipal elections do not tako place until the end of Apnl, tho Labour party is already showing much activity. The Labour Repreflontation Committee has given consideration to the matter of nominations for tho City Council, Harbour Board, and -f Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, and it is considered certain that many official Labour candidates—men and women —will be aspirants for seats on the various bodies. No definite announcements have yet beon made in connexion with the mayoralty, although several names have been mentioned.
