Graham, who had been remarrded on a charge of helpless drunl:em:oss, was ordered to pay 17s 6d expenses, iu default st?;ea daya' imprisonment. ATTEMPTED SUICIDE. George Taylor, an elderly man. who had been found in the river by the i>olico on the morning of December 23rd, and had sail that he was tired of lifey was convicted and discharged on a charge of attempted euicido. COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. John Willie Hartley (Mr Dacre) charged with the theft of 9 pigeons, valued at -£2S. tho property of A. Gapes; It pigeons, valued at £25, the property of X. C. Harvey, and 10 pigeons, valued at £30, the property oi A. C. Gerard. Accused, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Hail was allowed self in £50 and one surety of £50. ASIIBURTQX. (Before • G. Day, S.M.) Henrv Thompson (Mr Kennedy) pleaded nuiltv to charges of keeping beer and- whisky for sale, and was fired fM and costs A ehar"o against Henry Milsom Qir Kennedy) of "storing beer for Henry Thompson, was" dismissed.
