The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Express" interviewed Count von Bernstorff, who stated that ho agreed with the advantages of a League of Nations and the abolition of conscription. The restoration of the monarchy was unthinkable. When asked if there was not danger in sending the Kaiser to Holland. Count von Bernstorff replied, "Where the hell were we to send him?"
