The "Politiken's" Berlin correspondent says that Marshal Foch's representative on the Armistice Commission declared that if the Bolshevist element in Germany prevails, the Allies will break off the preliminary peace negotiations. HOLLAND AGREES TO BRITAIN'S REQUEST. (Renter's Telegrams.) (Received January 3rd, 7.45 p.m.) IvONDON, January I. Tho "Evening Standard" states authoritatively that Holland has agreed to Britain's request to use the Scheldt for the transmission of supplies to Allied troops in Germany, under the commercial flag. INTERNED SUBMARINES TAKEN OVER. SANTANDER (Spain), January 1. British, destroyers have arrived to take over the German submarines interned at Cadiz, Ferrol, Vigo, and other ports.
