(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received January Ist, 7.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 31. A series of explosions in Philadelphia damaged the houses of prominent citizens. The authorities attribute the explosions to the I.W.W. Bolsheviks, who wore recently prosecuted'.
