Bolshevik sympathisers marched into a hotel at Bruhlin and demanded the release of the Bolsheviks' agents. The Polish troops fired into the crowd, killing many persons. THE SITUATIONIN NORTHERN RUSSIA. WASHINGTON, December 31. Mr Martin Zine, representative of the United States at Archangel, says that the situation in Northern Russia is not serious. The Allies' control remains unimpaired. German officers are commanding the Bolsheviks.
