Discussing the War Loan Bill in Committee, in the House of Commons, Mr Bonar Law said that no new operations were necessary to meet the expenditure for nine months, as the war bonds' organisation had succeeded to a greater extent even than was anticipated. f , EAST FINSBURY"BY-ELECTION.
